Simply attach one part to your camera body and the other to your monopod (reversible for user preference) and you’re ready to shoot! You carry your camera and monopod separately so you have no heavy equipment in one hand. When you spot your subject, simply drop the ball into the cup and away you go! No more messing about with heavy, clunky tripods that take ages to set up properly.
